Welcome to StandupGUam ! By attending our show, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
1.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
1.2. In the event of a show cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified, and a refund or exchange may be offered at the discretion of the event organizer.
2. Admission and Seating
2.1. Doors open 6:00 pm before the show begins. Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of the venue staff, but entry during performances is not guaranteed.
2.2. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. Reserved seating, if available, will be indicated on your ticket.
3. Behavior and Conduct
3.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, shouting, or inappropriate conduct, will not be tolerated.
3.2. The use of recording devices, including video and audio recorders, is strictly prohibited during the performance. Any unauthorized recording will be deleted and violators may be asked to leave the venue.
4. Safety and Security
4.1. For your safety, all bags and personal items may be subject to search upon entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, large bags, outside food and beverages, and dangerous items.
4.2. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and attendees should familiarize themselves with their location. In case of emergency, follow the instructions of venue staff.
5. Content Warning
5.1. The content of the comedy show may include adult themes, strong language, and humor that could be considered offensive. By attending, you acknowledge that you may encounter content that may not be suitable for all audiences.
6. Liability
6.1. StandupGUam and the venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
6.2. Attendees participate at their own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event.
7. Photography and Media
7.1. Professional photography and filming of the show are prohibited without prior consent. Attendees who are photographed or filmed as part of the audience may be featured in promotional materials.
8. Changes and Amendments
8.1. StandupGUam reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review these terms before attending the show.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guam.
